High-pressure direct atomisation humidification and intelligent water treatment for the protection of packaging products

For the printing industry giant's hall in Veszprém, a precisely controllable, efficient humidification system was essential to ensuring the consistent quality of the packaging products manufactured there.

The solution was a high-pressure direct atomisation industrial humidification system. This is Oxyma's own development, applying one of the most advanced air humidification technologies available today.

The humidifier uses pre-treated water, which it atomises into the hall at a pressure of 80 bar through specialised, drip-free nozzles with a diameter of 200 microns. As a result, the water delivered into the hall breaks down into extremely fine droplets that the air can absorb immediately. This enables exceptionally fast and efficient control of relative humidity. Thanks to the design of the nozzles, the system also operates quietly, without dripping or clogging.

The water supply is likewise handled by one of our own developments, an all-in-one water treatment station. The space-saving HydroBank™ station consolidates into a single unit everything required for the preparation, treatment, collection and delivery of the circulated water, while also offering considerable advantages in terms of responsible water management. In addition to its capacity for water recycling, the technologies applied and the premium equipment used also enable the integration of alternative water sources such as rainwater, well water and condensate.

The system further includes an Omron PLC controller, which ensures extremely precise humidity control.
