Direct spray is one of the most advanced industrial air humidification technologies in use today, widely applied across various industrial sectors. How does it work?

The high-pressure direct spray humidification system disperses pre-treated water at 80 bar through specialized nozzles with diameters ranging from 60 to 220 microns, releasing ultra-fine mist into the designated space for precise humidity control.

The atomized water particles are instantly absorbed by the air, enabling rapid and efficient control of indoor relative humidity.

High-pressure pump unit

The core component of our industrial humidification system is the high-quality, precise high-pressure pump unit, that, when controlled by the associated frequency converter, ensures energy-efficient and effective operation.

High-pressure hoses

For our industrial humidification systems, we use only the safest high-pressure hydraulic hoses. With an operational pressure of 190 bar and a bursting pressure of 760 bar, we significantly oversize them to ensure maximum safety.

High-pressure specialized pressed fittings

The hose ends are equipped with specialized hollander connectors, which are securely fastened using pressed ring fittings. These fittings are compressed to the required diameter using a hydraulic press, applying a clamping pressure of 120 bar. This ensures a highly stable and reliable connection, providing long-term operational safety.

The operating principle of wet media humidification

During the process, the incoming hot outdoor air passes through the OxyVap® wet media, causing a decrease in the air temperature and an increase in its humidity.

These media also function as air washers, as they not only filter the circulating air but also wash away the trapped dust particles through the water flowing through them.

The system's inverter zone distributor and circulation pump are both integrated into the collection tray, so there are no external components, and nothing needs to be connected. Installation and commissioning are extremely simple and require very little space.

The OxyVap evaporative media are available in 9 different sizes. Thanks to their click-on system, they can be easily expanded or modified, and the pads can be arranged both side by side and stacked on top of each other, offering exceptional flexibility for use.
Intelligent control
Thanks to its intelligent control system and automatic stage regulation, the water quality can be continuously tested, the water drainage can be monitored, and if the mineral content exceeds the set limit, the circulated water can be refreshed .

The AquaMizer pump station used for circulation is also equipped with the most advanced sensors and control algorithms, ensuring maximum water efficiency, as the system is only active when required.
Hygienic functioning
Thanks to the vertical design of the OxyVap evaporative media's HydroChill aluminum fins and their antimicrobial hydrophilic coating, the system features a self-cleaning mechanism, ensuring long term hygienic and safe evaporation, as well as effective protection against Legionella.

Accordingly, the wet media are certified with the strictest VDI6022 German hygiene certification.
