Funding options

Leasing

For investments that pay for themselves within the term
Financing of the investment in part or in full, in the form of asset leasing.

Closed-end lease:

Open-end lease: the transfer of ownership is not automatic, and the range of financeable assets and other conditions may therefore differ
Interest: fixed rate

Currency: HUF / EUR

ESCO (energy-as-
a-service)
structure

Cover the investment from the savings achieved with our solutions
Investment without own capital, financed from savings under a long-term service arrangement. The investment is financed by an external party, and the client repays the cost of the investment from the energy savings realised, in the form of a monthly or annual fee.

Long-term rental structure

Enjoy the benefits of the system without an initial investment
A further advantage is that it is primarily the lessor who has an interest in proper maintenance and reliable operation.
Financing of the investment by an external partner under a long-term rental agreement, with monthly fee structures (which may also include the cost of regular maintenance).
IMPORTANT! Oxyma Systems Kft. does not carry out financial intermediary activities and acts solely in an advisory capacity in relation to the financing and funding options available on the market. Accordingly, our active involvement extends to the selection of specific structures and to the provision of the technical documentation required for applications (energy calculations, savings certificates, system designs, etc.).

Corporate income tax (TAO) allowance

Substantial tax relief for energy efficiency purposes
A tax allowance that may be claimed against the cost of tangible assets and intangible goods directly related to achieving a higher level of energy efficiency.

Claiming the tax allowance shortens the payback period of the investment and improves cash flow, which is why we draw attention to it in every quotation we prepare.
Rate of allowance: 30–50% of the investment cost
Duration: may be claimed for up to 6 years
Cap: up to 70% of the calculated tax
Condition: a quality certificate issued by a registered energy auditor

Development tax allowance

Reduced tax burden
for environmental investments
A development tax allowance for investments serving environmental objectives (for example, modernisation or the development of a new system resulting in energy savings or in the replacement of harmful refrigerant use), which reduces the amount of tax payable rather than the tax base, for up to 13 years following the investment.
Rate of allowance: depends on company size and investment location
Minimum investment value:
Small enterprise: ≥ HUF 50 million
Medium-sized enterprise: ≥ HUF 100 million
Large enterprise: ≥ HUF 3 billion

EEOS sales

Energy savings you can sell
Under the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS), electricity and natural gas traders must demonstrate certified energy savings year after year, which they cannot generate from their own investments alone. This is why there is demand — and a market price — for the savings achieved through your modernisation project.
Under the relevant legislation, energy savings verified by an energy auditor can be monetised and sold on the organised market, or counted towards the fulfilment of a prescribed obligation. Taking prevailing energy prices into account, this can generate significant income.

Tax allowance for environmental investments

Reduced tax burden in support of sustainability
For investments serving environmental objectives, a development tax allowance may be claimed from an investment value of HUF 100 million, irrespective of company size.

For large enterprises outside Pest County, the rate may be as much as 50% of the project value, and for SMEs it may reach 70–80%.
Investments pursuing the following objectives are eligible:
Reducing environmental impact, and preventing or remedying environmental damage
Protecting human health and improving quality of life
Preserving natural resources and promoting sustainable resource management
